1-14 This used to be an old 6 panel metal casement window that was bolted into the inside of that house. had to be cut out with a sawzaw. we replaced it with a new double pane low-e argon filled lifetime warranty window provided by our supplier.

1-9 This was origionally supposed to be a 16x16 deck. Customer decided to make it 22'x16' deck once we laid out the outline string. Bigger is always better..

2-9 was made to hold just about as many people as you could fit onto the deck

9-9 Because of the extension, it was decided to make the deck float next to the house as opposed to making it attached.

1-12 This door was not replaced but rather painted with a strong oil base paint with uv protectant. the old glue around the glass was cut with an exacto knife to make good straight clean lines around the glass to give this 12 year old door a more like new appearance.

2-12 Placed brick molding around the door frame because the old brick mold was rotted and flaking apart

1-10 Complete bathroom tear out and repair

2-10 Had to completely re level the floor in this area with a liquid leveler after sealing the floor of holes first. oh and after total toilet repair. Which, by the way the pipe was just about rusted out and falling off the gasket.

2-15 The inlays were carved out into a more modern diamond shape as opposed to what were circles that had chipped away. this was done with a dremel and carving tools
