Step 3. In-Home Consultation

This is where we get to meet face-to-face and go over your kitchen remodel line by line. We do this to get a better idea of your vision and to make sure there is nothing that might inhibit the project we discussed over the phone.

Additional crown molding across the top for an added touch. Not too specific on countertop options in order to find value over your preference. By far the best value for your money.

Overhaul for a basic kitchen. Ready to assemble cabinets are a great way to keep the quality and cost balance. We recommend putting cost into granite/quartz or added lighting options. Along with a good quality flooring. Kitchens are somewhat spacious and often come with replacing a door or extending the floor into the living space or opening a wall.

Builders Group installed a Quartz Countertop over top of a two tone white and gray shaker style cabinet. Black Hardware with herringbone tile, white kitchen farmhouse sink and a black kitchen faucet.

Modern & open style kitchen design stylized with two tone double stacked kitchen cabinet with additional storage space. Kitchen island is double faced for cabinet access on both sides. Access for bar seating. Electric fireplace accent and TV mounted on a tile wall to creating an airy open kitchen space that is usable kitchen space. Crown molding touches the ceiling to hide any waves or unevenness between cabinets and ceiling. Granite countertop used. fireplace concept tiled with gas appliances. This is a space that gets to be enjoyed more days of the year where the finishes can be shown off more often while sitting at the fireplace and enjoying evening conversations.

Limited on Space! Lets design your kitchen with function in mind. This smaller kitchen space utilized a green craftsman style cabinet. We installed double stacked kitchen wall cabinets just under the cathedral ceilings. The green cabinet tone gives a masculine and inviting feeling. Try Complimenting your kitchen with black fixtures and details of hardware that match the stainless appliances. For better function, an over sized single bowl black sink was installed underneath quartzite counter tops with green and white hue veins. Backsplash soon to be added to give this contemporary cabin kitchen a finish layer to go with the offset cabinet lighting on both the top and bottom of the wall cabinets.

Sharp lines and crisp views, This kitchen was designed to give a masculine bold approach with a balanced feminine touch. A very functional kitchen including a large stove range and two dishwashers. The Kitchen island compliments the floor with this cabinet and floor style chosen. Common popular themes include opening a wall to transition a closed dining to space into a very enjoyable & social common room. Don't Forget the kitchen pot filler and the seamless white vent hood cover to bring the airy feel together. Well placed accents give the final bronze fixtures a nice touch.

Ceilings left bare? Try adding double stacked cabinets to allow for more storage space in a compact kitchen. This kitchen theme utilizes all shades of white. Additional space saved by installing a wall mount oven and an electric stove underneath a stainless vent hood. Shades of white subway tiles installed on the back. An opening was cut out to provide a social setting while preparing in the kitchen and making conversation across the hall. Undermount stainless sink installed with a goose neck faucet. Lastly, an additional hole was drilled into the quartz for a reverse osmosis water filtration system installed under the stainless sink.

Kitchen Refinishing. When on a budget it's time to be creative. Try refinishing cabinets when considering updating your current builder grade cabinets. New hardware added with a nice touch of crown molding to bring in a more custom kitchen style look. Pendant lighting over top of the undermount sink for a fresh first impression. A dishwasher was added at the end to this eave countertop due the limited space of the kitchen. Overall, this creates a simple face lift for your kitchen on a budget to update the existing space.

Gray Pendant lights purchased online. Gray double stacked wall cabinet range insert added to the space complimenting the crown style above. Money saved by not removing soffit while the budget was focused on the large format gray & white marble backsplash. Kitchen island sink installed for ease of access between the fridge, range & sink. Stainless appliances used creating a grand space feel to host more people at a time for larger families.

If you have standard builder cabinets, no worries. Lets give the kitchen a face lift by painting the cabinets. This option can save money and is not as invasive. A simple touch of crown molding above the cabinets makes most of the difference while using the budget to spend more on a nice quartz countertop and an upgraded farmhouse stainless sink as opposed to the old over mount sink. A small modification to the existing sink cabinets to drop this down and make this kitchen makeover possible. This is the type of tailored service a general contractor can provide you.
